Supervision

Supervision contributes significantly to the mental health and professional development of professionals. It is not a sign of weakness, but rather an expression of a responsible professional approach. Supervision is a professional consulting format that is primarily used in psychosocial, educational, medical, and counseling fields. The goal is to reflect on professional challenges, ensure the quality of work, and address personal and interpersonal stress. It is therefore an important tool for support, continuing education, and mental health.

Individual supervision Focuses on individual issues, role clarification, or personal stress situations.

Group supervision Several people from different institutions reflect on professional topics together under professional guidance.

Team supervision A permanent team (e.g., in a social institution) works on group dynamic processes, communication, or case discussions.
